Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account, or through our Membership Cancellation page. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing cycle.
Will I be charged again after I cancel?
No. Once your cancellation is processed, no further charges will be made to your card.

Membership Billing
The Evora VIP Membership is a recurring subscription billed at $39.95 USD every 30 days. Your first payment is charged at checkout, at the time you purchase the membership. You will be charged $39.95 now, and every 30 days thereafter, until you cancel.
You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days before each recurring transaction, and a receipt after each successful transaction.

While your membership remains active and in good standing, it includes:

Benefits may vary over time and are active only while your membership remains current and paid.
Automatic Renewal
Your membership renews automatically every 30 days until you cancel. By purchasing the membership, you authorize Evora LLC to charge the payment method used at checkout for $39.95 every 30 days until cancellation.
Electronic Notifications & Receipts
You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days before each recurring transaction, and a receipt after each successful transaction. It is your responsibility to keep the email address on your account accurate and able to receive these notifications.
How to Cancel
You may cancel your membership at any time:
- Log in to your account at realevora.com and manage your subscription, or
- Email us at support@realevora.com with the subject line "Cancel Membership — [Your Order Email]", or
- Submit a request through our Membership Cancellation page
No phone call is required to cancel. Submit your request before your next billing date to avoid a future charge.
Effect of Cancellation
Once cancellation is processed, no further recurring charges will apply. Your membership benefits may remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. After that, member-only benefits and pricing are no longer available.
Membership Refunds
Membership charges are eligible for refund requests within 14 days of the billing date for that cycle. To request a refund, contact support@realevora.com within 14 days of the charge, including your name, order email, and order number if available. Refunds are reviewed case-by-case and, when approved, issued to the original payment method.
Pricing or Benefit Changes
We may update the membership price, included benefits, or terms from time to time. If we make a material change to the recurring price or key terms, active members will be notified by email before the change takes effect, where required by law. You may cancel if you do not agree to the updated terms.
